This section is 36 miles in length taking cyclists along to the coast and Grange over Sands onto the picturesque Levens before heading south through the delightful villages of between Crooklands and Heversham onto Hutton Roof before finishing in the market town of Kirkby Lonsdale.

This section of the 196 mile Lakes and Dales Loop offers views of the Lake District fells, the pretty villages in South Cumbria, the medieval village of Cartmel, Cumbria’s unspoilt coastline and then then the historic market town of Kirkby Lonsdale on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
